用 途Applications:
本系列產(chǎn)品是專為吊運中厚鋼板而設(shè)計的。吊運作業(yè)安全準確迅速?？紤]到長鋼板吊運可能出現(xiàn)彎曲變形而影響安全搬運，所以在吊運長尺寸鋼板時，請使用多臺電磁鐵聯(lián)用。對于中厚板（6mm-32mm）電磁鐵的間距多取3-4米，兩端外伸部分的長度可取間距的二分之一。根據(jù)吊運張數(shù)的不同，又分為350型與400型兩類。350型適合于中厚板廠、造船廠、機械制造廠，采用調(diào)磁控制方式，能起吊一張或一定張數(shù)鋼板。400型適用于一次搬運盡量多的張數(shù)，可根據(jù)用戶要求另行設(shè)計制造吊運700℃以下鋼板用高溫型產(chǎn)品。
The series of products are specially designed for lifting and transporting steel plates of medium-thickness.The lifting operation is safe,accurate and quick.Considering possible bending and deforming may affect safe transportation when lifting long steel plates,please use the combination of several electromagnets.As to medium -thickness steel plates(6mm-32mm),the space length of electromagnets is 3-4m,the space length of extension parts of both ends is half of the space length.According to different lifting pieces,the series can be divided into type 350 and type 400.Type 350 is suitable for medium -thickness plate factor,ship building factor,and machinery manufacturing factorn,it adopts magnet regulating control method,and can lift one piece or certain pieces of steel plate.Type 400 is suitable for transporting as many as possible pieces at a time and can design and manufacture high temperature type products used for lifing and transporting steel plate below 700℃ according to customers.
